Here’s the original message from gmail:

DMARCian and many others show DKIM to be valid:
→ can’t add two images into post since I’m new here

I have no idea how to fix this since wherever I look I get all OK (for all 3: SPF; DKIM; DMARC), other than inside of Gmail.

Also, if you need any other info, please do let me know

DMARCian image:

Dmarcian can only test if your dkim record is syntactically correct, not if it actually works.

I only looked over the headers on my phone, but I didn’t see any dkim headers, meaning your email is not signed.

Where did you get that dkim record from? And who is your email provider?

thanks for the reply.

I copy/pasted the DKIM record directly from my cPanel. Don’t know what you mean with “who is your email provider” but I host it my self on my hosting account and I’m trying to send email via Roundcube as well as Thunderbird desktop app.

Screensho from cPanel → Email Deliverability

Could you test your email with and link the result here?

Sure thing!
Here it is: www mail-tester com/test-b17abw0em’
It also says that DKIM is not there…

From what I can see, I assume you are a customer of Impero/Fastserver and they handle your emails. Impero then sends your emails via MailChannels, but neither they nor MailChannels sign your emails with DKIM.

So I guess you should contact your host and ask them to fix this.

yes, the first part is correct!
I already contacted them last week, and they keep saying that everything is OK, except Gmail, and that they are doing further testing to sort out the issue…
I’ll update their ticket with your reply.
And of course update you here.
