I am new in the community and barely know about hosting issues.

I have been integrating my professional email to getresponse but I was asked to authenticate my domain and was given a DKIM thing to copy and paste. I have no idea how to go about it.

Can someone help?

DKIM is a TXT record. They should have you provided the data that goes in both DNS fields:

Thanks sdayman for replying. I have done this. It’s been more than 24 hrs since the propagation. I don’t know how to get the status or feedback on the propagation. I don’t know how to get in touch with the support group.

Ah, right. DKIM has its own hostname for the TXT record. However, I can’t see it (that f47 entry) in order to test.
