DKIM DNS setup for Infusionsoft

Trying to authenticate my email address with Infusionsoft. They give me this document to help, but everything I try is failing. DKIM Email Authentication | Max Classic
Several failure messages:
DNS Validation Error (Code: 1004): This DNS record cannot be proxied - click the cloud icon to turn it gray to proceed (Code: 9041)
DNS Validation Error (Code: 1004): Content for CNAME record is invalid (Code: 9007)

If I gray it out, at least a line shows up, but I can’t make it live or verify it with Infusionsoft.

Clickfunnels has a similar product and they document it, but using the same example doesn’t work.

That form is missing several values. And it’s just for setting up a CNAME. Just make sure it’s set to

[dhowes11]

Gray cloud did not work yesterday.Now it verified. Close ticket
