DKIM Authentication Issue with Zoho Despite Correct Configuration

What is the name of the domain?

logexia.ch

What is the issue you’re encountering

To authenticate Zoho to send emails through our domain’s mailbox, we need to create a DKIM record provided by them. After waiting a couple of days, we are still encountering an authentication error with this record. Zoho support has been contacted, and their response was as follows: “Upon investigation, we see that the SPF and DKIM records are correctly configured, but the domain remains unauthenticated. We recommend contacting your domain provider to verify whether the SPF and DKIM formats are structured correctly, as there may be variations on their end. Please check this with them, as they would be in a better position to assist you.” Additionally, please note that the SPF record is fully functional.

Hi,

you have NS records for _domainkey.logexia.ch.

_domainkey.logexia.ch.  300     IN      NS      nsany1.infomaniak.com.
_domainkey.logexia.ch.  300     IN      NS      nsany2.infomaniak.com.
;; Received 106 bytes from 2a06:98c1:50::ac40:225f#53(aryanna.ns.cloudflare.com) in 3 ms

This means that you need to either delete the NS records or create your DKIM record at the other nameservers.

It’s works.
Thank you for your help.
