What is the name of the domain?
What is the issue you’re encountering
I can’t verify my site
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I enter the correct name value for DKIM and CNAME but when I click save they remove the .outlyr.com
Example: cisionone._domainkey.outlyr.com (Before I click save)
Example: cisionone._domainkey (After I click save)
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
DNS not responding/updating

That is how it’s supposed to be. Actually, you should only enter cisionone._domainkey
into the name field in the first place.
Did you delete the record? I can’t find one at this time.

Can you show a larger screenshot that shows The Domain management for: section as well as the assigned Cloudflare nameservers on the same page?
Can you re-create the TXT record with only cisionone._domainkey
as the name?

Do you want to see all the keys in my DNS Manager?
Yes, I am recreating the TXT record right now
If you want, you can hide the other records.

I have been checking this site CNAME Lookup - Check the CNAME Record for Any Domain and everytime I make a change on this site shows that it’s can’t detect it or see it. Also I changed the SPF keys and on the site it still shows the old ones.
I’m afraid that screenshot shows neither the Domain Management for section nor the Nameservers section that I asked for.

If you check on Whois outlyr.com , you can see that outlyr.com
is currently using these nameservers:
jaxson.ns.cloudflare.com
magnolia.ns.cloudflare.com
Based on the screenshots you shared, it is evident that you are in the wrong Cloudflare account for your domain. Please check if you have any other accounts that the domain might be active in.

Thank you so much for your help. We found the other account. No one let me know that we had a different account.
Thank you again. I was able to get everything done.
