Divi visual builder not loading

Hello,

Im hosted by WPengine, I’m using the Divi theme. My colleague in China is having issues getting the Divi Visual Builder to work. It works for me in the UK, but it doesn’t work for him, Cloudflare is blocking him somehow.

I’ve already turned off hotlinking and rocket loader sitewide, it still doesn’t resolve the problem

Something is blocking that access. Do you see any of these 403 requests in Firewall Events Activity Log at dash.cloudflare.com?

I found out that WPengine had some of their own hotlinking settings turned on, that seemed to be the culprit.
