Not sure how to confirm this, but I’m pretty confident of my diagnosis.
I have 184.108.40.206 set for the house at the firewall. The Disney+ app will not load as of a day or two ago. It appears to be getting stuck on an app verification or account verification process. If I move to a different DNS the app fully loads. After that I can go back to 220.127.116.11 and the app works as normal. I’m guessing the verification is cached at that point.
