My website is not appearing on Bing Search Engine. I tried using Bing URL Inspection and i keep receiving an error message " Discovered but not crawled URL cannot appear on Bing". Please i need you to help me fix this issue

When I try crawling my website it produces that issue. Also, if i search for my website through the means “site:uoomy.com” it does not appear on Bing Search
