Disconnect - DNS Settings

I transferred my website to GreenGeeks hosting and cannot attach Cloudflare. I get an error message saying the site is under a different account. But there is no other account and the site does not appear in my Cloudflare account. I need help from Cloudflare to disconnect the domain from a “limbo place” in its system.

Here is the error message:

Cloudflare is already activated for “simplemomsguide.com” under a different account. If you want to enable Cloudflare through this partner, please log in to your Cloudflare account and choose “Disconnect” on your Cloudflare DNS Settings page.

I would talk to GreenGeeks because they might have been using Cloudflare for your domain as a partner and having disconnected fully.
