Disable warp client on network

Hi all,
I’m having some trouble disabling the warp client on a specific network. I’ve setup the secure beacon and created a profile to load different settings when on this network. What puzzles me is, how do I turn off warp completely whilst on this network as it only appears to let me change the service mode to DOH or Warp with Gateway or Proxy mode only.

Thank you, I’m aware of how end users can do this. Is there a way to disable the warp client on a managed network?
