After enabling Pro for my domain name I started getting error reports from clients using my app on old iOS devices (iOS 9.3) not being able to connect. I can see that upgrading to Pro automatically enables TCP Turbo and there’s not a way to disable it. I know it seems unlikely that that would cause a problem but something does seem to have and that’s the only thing I can see that’s changed. I only have limited information and can’t update the app so I’d like to try downgrading from Pro to Free. Is there a way I can do that? If I try to switch my subscription it says I’ll still have the Pro benefits until august!
Can you share the error they saw? error codes etc?
