Disable Access without payment methof

Hello,
I have a very big problem with my site.
I accidentally/for testing purposes enabled Cloudflare access for my page and now, I can’t disable it because I must provide a payment method (I don’t have any) even though I am on the free plan.
How can I disable Access for my page in this situation?

Hello Aaron,

To disable Cloudflare Access without providing a payment method, try the following steps:

  • Log in to your Cloudflare dashboard.
  • Click on the domain where you enabled Access.
  • Go to the ‘Access’ tab.
  • Under ‘Login Methods,’ remove any active methods.
  • Click on ‘Settings’ from the Access sidebar.
  • Find ‘Access Subscriptions’ and click ‘Edit.’
  • Change the number of seats to 0, then click ‘Save.’
