I’ve sent in multiple support tickets for my account to get activated for Enterprise from the Hatch program and i do not get any response. Can someone please assist?
Ok, that looks like Cloudflare is piggybacking onto existing DO Hatch customers.
You’ll just have to wait, or re-contact that email address. Support here can’t help with that. And opening multiple support tickets for the same thing just slows down support for everyone else.
Yes, I’ve emailed them last week and then again today, but I do not get any responses. The support tickets only get closed and say they only aid with billing, account, and registrar related issues. I also called and they said they would have someone reply but that was also a week ago. I saw someone else had the same issue on the support community and was told they were transferred to the correct team. I’ve attached the link.
