I’ve been using the Tawk.to app on my wordpress website for quite sometime now and it stopped working , i try installing a new account and it gives me an error page.
I’ll be happy to get a feedback on how to resolve this issue.

Are you installing this through Cloudflare Apps, or through a WordPress plugin?
I installed the tawk.to plugins using wordpress
Is this a Cloudflare error page? If so, which one?
Can you try pausing Cloudflare and seeing if the issue remains
You can pause Cloudflare from the Overview tab of the Cloudflare Dashboard, bottom right under Advanced Actions.
If the issue persists after Cloudflare has been paused, it means that there is an issue with your origin, Cloudflare is only operating as your DNS provider while it is paused.

You should leave it until you view your site and it is not through Cloudflare.
You can check this by looking at the headers in dev tools: Using Developer Tools in your browser to troubleshoot issues
It can take around an hour for cached values to clear, it depends on your setup.
An alternative is to add your server IP address to the hosts file on your device to bypass Cloudflare for testing.
