Different ssl/tls cipher suite based on visitor browser

Hello, I’d like to know if it’s possible to have different cipher suite based on visitor’s browser ?
We still have customers using IE11 and they are prevented from accessing our website because of the SSL certificate.

It is not possible as the SSL certificate is used before Cloudflare is able to see the visitor’s browser. If you need to support old SSL ciphers, then you should look at advanced certificate manager, which lets you pick the ciphers.
