Different DoT on two devices on the same network

I have two devices on the same home network which has been configured to utilize 1.1.1.1 for DNS (Apple Airport Extreme, Gen 4).

However, 1.1.1.1/help are displaying two different values for “Using DoT.”

Each of which have been configured to use 1.1.1.1, too.

What is accounting for the differences in the diagnostic display?

I think I found my answer: I haven’t configured the Mac to use DNS over TLS. Whereas the Android was configured for DoT OOTB?
