The email invitation has not been received so I am unable to accept the pending invite. Please see the screenshot showing confirmation it has been sent. I am receiving other emails from Cloudflare and have double-checked that the email address on the invite is correct. Also have tried deleting the invitation and added and still no email. Please help.

Unfortunately, it knows to happen if your email address somehow got to be on the suppression list due to an opt-out, or bounces 
Can you add [email protected] and [email protected] to your email allowlist? You may also want to search for mail from those senders.

In the meantime, have you tried resending the invitation to the account that is affected?

Can you clarify on ticket 2565054 the email you are trying to invite that you do not receive? I checked the email you are using here and the one you used with Support and neither show bounced emails.

The invite was for an alias - [email protected]
And yes, we tried resending the invite thrice already.
I can actually receive emails from [email protected]flare.com and [email protected] but not the invite for some reason.
