We did not renew our website’s Host on time. Go daddy has our domain name. They say it is hosted on Cloudflare. So I how do I get them to check for it and make it live again ?

Cloudflare provides CDN and DNS services (amongst many others)
but not hosting, unless you are talking about cloudflare pages.
Your setup probably looks to something like
GoDaddy - Where the domain is
Cloudflare - DNS & content delivery network
Your host - Where the website is hosted
Could you ask the person who set it up to give you access to the hosting provider’s panel?
