Are you sure they match the policy?

policy from cloudflare or my company ?

This is a topic in the Zero Trust category so I assume this is a One Time Pin the client didn’t receive? Does your Access Policy include that user? Any user that doesn’t match the access policy won’t receive a code.

On Access Group i just set my domain email
Include - Emails ending in
required - Emails ending in
so that no problem to recieve one time pin but only me can recieve one time pin
