Did 1.1.1.1 can’t reslove non dnssec domain ?

I found domain diysite.com can’t resloved correctly at 1.1.1.1 but no problem in google and opendns !

They likely block some of Cloudflare’s IPs or have other issues with responding to CF’s requests. cc @mvavrusa.
