Device specific login old employee was using the cloudflare account in his device

Hi Cloudflare team,

I am trying to access my domain since my colleague has left the organisation, I have all.the details.except that my device is different to his and cloudflare says that this is not the device you used to login so it’s not allowing me in.

What are doing that is causing you to see a notice about the device? That message is not part of the standard log in procedure.

The username, password, and a valid multifactor token should be sufficient to sign in to your account. Are you missing any of those elements?

Please share more complete details so the Community can offer better suggestions.
