We have a client site that needs cloudflare. When setting up cloudflare, I get an error saying that there is already an account with the domain in cloudflare. This is a previous agency that the client worked with that we can get the account from. I have a ticket out to cloudflare since last weekend, but I haven’t heard anything. how do i go about detaching cloudflare from the previous account?
Can you post the Ticket #? The mods periodically check on open tickets.
Also, make sure you reply to the automated response to request more assistance. That should escalate it to a human.
