https://sherfriends.com says in cloudfare is active. I just applied it now but when i go to link it gives this error

You probably don’t have an SSL certificate on your server and are using the Full setting here.
Does Flexible SSL work?
I made it flexible and the SSL certificate now active but still in error for https://sherfriends.com which appears as https://shortener.secureserver.net/error_404 when clicked. Is it because it is still propagating? Should I wait for 48 hrs?
In that case, it sounds like you’ve set up a CNAME, but that shortener is not configured to respond to that CNAME request.
If you want it to act more like a Redirect, leave your settings as they are, then go to Page Rules and add one:
Match sherfriends.com/* and add a Setting for Forwarding URL to the destination URL you want.
