Destination email address not receiving verification emails

What is the issue you’re encountering

One of the destination addresses for email forwarding is not receiving emails. I have successfully verified destination addresses on same domain as the address I can’t verify, before and after trying to set this one up.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We’ve checked the email server logs to see if the verification is being bounced back, but nothing there.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Click the “resend verification” button in the Cloudflare admin and then stare hopelessly at the inbox for the destination email address for an email that never arrives :cry:

Is there anything else I can do to get someone at Cloudflare support to look into what seems to be a matter of removing an email address from a suppression list?

I can see other threads for the same issue with Cloudflare community quickly support fixing this issue. Should I be posting this on one of those other threads?

Thanks for the response. No. The problem email address is not the one I use on the Cloudflare Community. In the email forwarding admin for the montbell.co.uk domain, the problem email address is the only one on the list of destination addresses that is not currently verified.

I don’t want to disclose the email address here. Is there another way I can confirm it?
