is this normal to be suspended domains like this? because its our in-house development test domain.

if it is completely suspended how its still showing nameservers on it?

The nameservers are reported in WHOIS, but your domain is not in the DNS as the .baby registry has removed the delegation from their nameservers.

As I said, you need to contact your registrar, Godaddy, to get it fixed.

Yeah i contacted them. They said its not them either. Its the registrar that handles their .baby domain registry has put on hold. might be because i denied them nachos and ate it all and it will take them 3 days to process their lack of nachos issue. anyway thanks for immediate guidance.
