Desparate! paid for one year and my account turned into free!

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We are your agency partner, we purchased the pro plan for one year for our customer, and suddenly you send us an another invoice for while still about 9 months was remaining from the previously paid subscription. Then we created our first ticket more than a week ago (# 01348565) and explained the issue. We received no answer from you!!! then after a week you turned the plan of our customer from paid to free. Then suddenly after two days the invoice in the question was marked as paid! however, still no answer to our ticket and also the account plan is still free.

Then we opened a new ticket (# 01354037) gain 3 days ago… and obviously! NO ANSWERS AGAIN till now!

It is really interesting to me that how you guys are handling your paying customers! how can I trust my customers with you? And this is really laughable that we are an agency partner and we paid for two websites!!!

I hope that we can at least receive and answer here!

I received an unreasonable answer in my ticket and I replied to my ticket but still after 2 days no answer.

I would appreciate if you read what I mentioned!

I paid up to October 2025 as you can see in the attached image (part of the invoice mentioned in the ticket)… but again I was charge in January and of course I did not pay. And after I did not pay, my accounts turned into free which should not have to happen in the first place.

As you can see in this invoice, the expiration date is Oct 11, 2024 – Oct 9, 2025. But my account has turned into the free plan.

Hi @cloud-flare.com as my colleague mentioned a week ago on your ticket, the invoices in question were not found to be charged in error. If you have questions, please respond on your ticket or follow the advice given on 21/1. The Community cannot assist will Account, Registrar nor Billing issues as we cannot see your account details to assist.

I have answered to the ticket 5 days ago, but no one answers me!

I mentioned that in my invoice which I paid back in October it is mentioned that my subacription will end in October 2025.
I am not aure if your colleague checked the invoice that I provided.

How is it that you can not see my reply to the ticket which I posted after your colleague answered?

I do see the replies but cannot see the payment details the billing team manages, hence that team needs to assist you. I flagged your ticket for them to review.
