What’s the easiest way to upload images from a Mac?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I realize the point of Cloudflare Images is to do everything programmatically, but for my MVP I’m manually uploading images for the time being. Rather than having to drag and drop images into the web-based uploader, I was wondering if there’s an easy way to upload from a desktop-based app? (I know FileZilla Pro has support for R2, but from my understanding that’s != Cloudflare Images.)

You can upload using the Images API rather than the dashboard.
