What is the issue you’re encountering

I have tried to access my website https://www.heartact.co.uk and it originally came up denied access then too many redirects now it is showing the above

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have not tried anything as I am not technically savvy and was not sure what to so

Check your SSL/TLS setting is set to “Full (strict)” in your dashboard here…

If the DNS record for www is pointing to a host that also uses Cloudflare, make sure you have set your domain up at your host correctly. Otherwise, what does the CNAME for www point to?

I have checked what you said and made it Full (strict) but I am getting the same error message. So I went to the CNAME as you suggested and there are 2. See photo. It should be going to podia

Your host is using Cloudflare, so contact them to ensure everything is set up correctly on their end.
