Hi, dell.com hasn’t been resolving for me for over a week now. I tried the Purge Cache tool to no avail. It resolves fine when I change the resolver to 22.214.171.124. Here’s the link to the diagnostic tool info for my system.
Sorry about the inconvenience. It turned out that our service at your location is not able to access dell.com’s name servers. We are trying to reach out to their NOC. At the same time, we applied a workaround, you should see it resolving now.
