Deletion of list in Configurations dashboard

One of our lists got removed from a Configurations dashboard in Cloudflare within which we specified server redirects. Can anyone please help? I hope this can be addressed soon as we are not sure how the list got removed.

Would you check your audit log? Do you use any Cloudflare partner like ezoic, siteground, etc?

Thank you for your response. We were actually able to solve the issue - it seems that the list just got moved due to a Beta version of Cloudflare that introduced a different location to store these type of lists so all sorted now, thank you @neiljay!
