I can’t delete my account
I went to https://dash.cloudflare.com//billing/subscriptions/cancel and filled out the form. But the “Confirm” button is disabled. How can I delete my account?
May I ask if there are any outstanding or unpaid balance on your CF Account or even active and enabled service? 
I’d suggest you to cross-check, cancel and disable them at first, then retry with proceeding further to delete your CF account.

I only just registered the account a few days ago, always with the free plan. The site said that for this period I have paid all outstanding $0.00 (which is true). The “Delete your Cloudflare account” documentation says:
So when I go to the dashboard there is no selection of an account or website. Even when I click on website there is nothing, because I have never added anything to it.
Then it says I need to select “Active Subscriptions”. But I don’t have such a menu point, pls see attached screenshots.
As I am a new user I can only add one single screenshot per post. So here is another. It shows how I don’t have an “Active Subscriptions” button in the menu, as the manual suggests:

May I ask if you’ve tried using some other option on the screen to remove your CF account?
May I ask if the email address which you’re using here at the Community and Cloudflare account is the same, or you’re using a different one? I advise not to share it here in a reply, just to confirm. Thank you.
Indeed. Same email address here and in my CF account.
And yes, I have tried multiple main reasons for wanting to cancel. I tried it with Firefox and Chrome because I thought that maybe some extension/plugin might be responsible. I also grabbed the button element in the firefox console and tried to .click() via JS.
When you go to the dashboard, do you have an option “Active Subscriptions” in your menu? Where is it located?
Can you try Billing → Subscriptions?

Regarding the topic of your first post, about the account:
If you go to your profile, - using the person icon located in the right side of the top navigation bar, and selecting “My Profile”, is there a “Delete this user” in the bottom of that page?

The link that you provided, going to https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/billing/subscriptions is the one that I discussed above, earlier in this thread. I see this and I see the cancel button. But as mentioned above: I can’t click the “Confirm” button. Can you, in your account? Do you have a free account?
And yes, I do see the delete option under https://dash.cloudflare.com/profile
I just don’t know if this will close and delete my account and trigger the deletion of my personal data on the site. Is this the official way to delete an account?
Just community.cloudflare.com or on Cloudflare as a whole?
If all of cloudflare, go to https://dash.cloudflare.com/profile and on the bottom left, select Delete this user
If just the Community, let us know and we will do so immediately.
Either way, this action will also result in removing your Community topics & replies.
I do not have any subscriptions listed there.
As with your initial thread, I understood that you wanted to delete the whole Cloudflare account, and everything related to it.
For deleting the whole account, I would personally take the “Delete this user” option from the profile.
That said, - if you do have active subscriptions, as it could sound like, based on the above explanation, I can’t tell you if that is also preventing the “Delete this user” option.
Can you clarify the following?
Are you intending to delete the whole Cloudflare account, and everything related to it?
Did you ever add any credit card, or link a PayPal account, or otherwise add any kind of payment details to this Cloudflare account?
