One of our organisations website is outdated and this is affecting to our organisation? No one in our organization has access to this website. Does anyone no what I should do? Can I somehow get access to this website from Cloudfare or can cloudfare just delete the whole website?
I would see if you can remember the email that was used to create the Cloudflare account and gain control of it. Otherwise, you will need to start from scratch.
Hi @development40 no, Cloudflare does not host your site not can they make changes to your cf account on your behalf. The site exists at a host (you are paying them to host the site), Cloudflare sits between your site and your visitor. As @Cyb3r-Jak3, mentioned, getting access to your Cloudflare account will help you to control the site, with that you can see the IP address of your A record and from that be able to get hints as to the actual hosting provider. Your original web developer may also be really helpful in making changes and gaining control of the site. Good luck, that is difficult but we’re here to help as much as we can.
