Can anybody help? I registered a domain at Cloudflare and shortly after I removed it again (dashboard of Cloudflare). Now the domain is unavailable on the internet. What can I do?

What do you mean by unavailable? Like you get an error code when trying to access the site?
Microsoft Edge says DNS error. The page cannot be displayed. I tried to implement https with Cloudflare on that domain, because of errors in the setup I deleted the changes, made in Cloudflare, again. Now the site is totally unavailable.
It makes perfect sense. Return the NS back to the hosting servers
