Might be you cannot manage it since it’s in pendingdelete and redemptionperiod status. Once it enters this, I guess Cloudflare restricts option(s) to manage further since it cannot be reverted back or canceled from this step anymore as per ICANN.
However, throwing 404 error or rather showing option to “Manage” should be either “disabled” in such occassions due to the UI/UX for the customers
If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. Questions about Cloudflare Registrar will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.
Thanks for your reply, much appreciated! I do understand I can’t manage it anymore in this state. But like you mentioned I would expect a better UI/UX in this case ;).
We remove another domain at the same time and that one was removed from the list.
I will wait for the response from the support team
It looks like you deleted the zone but not the registration. If you need to be able to manage it again, you’ll have to add the zone back to the account.
If you don’t need it anymore, it’s currently in the redemption period. It will automatically get deleted 75ish days after the expiration date. You can just ignore it until then.
I’ll follow up in that ticket with this information as well.
