Delete account with wrong email without access anymore

I set up a Cloudflare account yesterday and entered my PayPal payment details, as well as my domain. The password was generated by KeePass XC but was mistakenly not saved. The account was also created with an incorrect email address.

I only noticed this after I had logged out to set a new password via “Forgot Password”. But due to the wrong email address, the mail never arrived, logically.

I have now created a new account with the correct data, but if someone possesses this mail, they could misuse my PayPal account. How can I delete the old account?
