Delete a Domain and SSL Certificates

Hi everyone, I have been stuck with and issue for some time, I hope someone may be able to help me sort this out.

I got a Domain/Website that is presenting some issues, so we need to delete it. However we have acquired some paid SSL certificates for it, so IF I delete the Domain the SSL certificates will be lost?

Yes, but you can re-issue new certificates.

As for the delete-then-add strategy, that usually brings back your previous settings.
