I’m experiencing a delay of a couple of seconds in routing requests to the server for the website stg.thescout.online. I’m unsure of the root cause. I’ve noticed this issue through browser developer tools and Nginx logs. Can you help me troubleshoot and resolve this problem?

I would look at the server behind Cloudflare, and the Magento system you have running.

Cloudflare wont be able to respond faster to the client than your server is able to respond to Cloudflare.

Your website currently take ~ 369 requests to load.

Reducing the amount of requests, perhaps by disable some unnecessary plugins from your Magento set up may be able to do a lot.

True, but I’ve noticed this issue only after activating the R2 service. I’m not sure if there’s any relation. I have another setup without R2 on this domain https://www.thescout.online , and the speed is higher than the setup with R2, which is confusing!
