Default treatment options for SPF/DKIM/DMARC for all domains?

I realize we can use the allow/block list in Area 1 to control SPF/DKIM/DMARC filtering for specific domains, but is there anywhere that configures what should happen by default for all other domains?

Check the default policies section under SPF/DKIM/DMARC settings to set your preferred actions for unlisted domains.
