The question is, where is the “default contact” information coming from?
If you go to Account → Registrar → Manage, at the top of the manage section you should see the default contact with an edit option.
Once you’ve fill them, therefrom navigate to some domain which you registered or transfered to Cloudflare Registrar, under the Contacts you can pre-fill with the “default contact information”. Otherwise, for each domain you can add different if the owner is different and you’ve registered in their name or for them (as a service provider, via contract, etc.).
Could be yours’ are empty if it’s new Cloudflare account.
They’re not displayed to the public, except Registrar county
