Dedicated SSL charging me twice

Hi Everyone,

I have a little problem where I’ve removed and re-added my domain to Cloudflare, but my subscription for Dedicated SSL has disappeared and now it’s trying to charge again for the same certificate I’d paid for two days ago.

Does anyone have suggestions or anything that would help?

Contact Support and let them know what’s going on. When you receive the automatic response to your ticket, please reply and ask that it’s escalated to a Billing Engineer. If you like, share your ticket number here and I can nudge it along in the proper queue. Sorry for the issues.
