Deceptive site warning

Sometimes, not all the time when I attempt to access one of my public hostnames the Chrome window that opens is solid red with Deceptive Site Warning on the screen.

Most of the time I can close the window and try again and it will work successfully.

I’m curious what could be causing this. I don’t have anything special configured with these public hostnames.

I can share whatever information is necessary to solve this issue.

I don’t think this has anything to do with Cloudflare Tunnel rather than (possibly) a compromised website. Have you done any malware scan in your server?
