Generally only one of the "Using DNS over HTTPS/TLS/WARP` options will show up. If you any of them are “Yes”, you are good - these are just different ways to use 1.1.1.1 securely. For more information, check out the documentation over on the developer docs:
As for the IPv6 addresses (such as 2606:4700:4700::1111), it’s possible and likely that your ISP simply doesn’t support IPv6 yet. There’s not much that you can do here but talk to your ISP.
