Go into the dashboard, when you are in the home page (where there is the grid of domain) select the billing tab, subscriptions.

Click on cancel, there is on per account.

You are in the wrong page, follow my instructions. Go to dash.cloudflare.com, and then start from there. Do NOT go into a domain.
