I have change port to 443/2053/2083/2087/2096/8443 for my application, now I can login to my website but still can not see my webrtc streaming on my page that if I open Cloudflare CDN function.
If I just only use DNS function everything is fine, so I want to ask for DNS function only(without CDN) that have Anti-DDOS effect?

No, if you’re using DNS only, visitors will bypass Cloudflare and hit your server directly.
