I am a Verizon FIOS user and my FIOS router supports DDNS, but not for Cloudflare. I have set the router up to use NO IP and that works fine, however my domain is with Cloudflare. Is there a script I can use to update my domain IP settings when NO IP is updated?

You can create a CNAME record to the hostname of NoIP and that will make sure it is updated.
