`dclid` - Query Parameters Ignore Consideration - APO

Please consider adding dclid to the ignore list.

APO is awesome btw, we were considering using Cloudflare Workers to strip out marketing parameters from the URLs to enhance caching layer but APO already takes care of most of the parameters!
