May I ask have you tried using a different Web browser, or tried clearing your Web browser cache?
How about using a Private window (Incognito mode) or a VPN connection if possible?
Is it the same behaviour on your mobile phone (4G LTE, mobile data, cellular)?
Are your DNS records proxied and set to ?
Furthermore, I cannot see you’re using Cloudflare nameservers for your domain name indianikah.com

ns56.domaincontrol.com
This is the reason why you don’t see any data. You have to use Cloudflare nameservers and change your current one’s at your domain registrar.
