Data Center Location

Hi, I’m using Cloudflare public DNS for a while and recently I just find out about this address 1.1.1.1 — the Internet’s Fastest, Privacy-First DNS Resolver and I’m curious why my data center is FRA (Frankfurt, Germany) because I’m in Iran and the closest data center to my location is GYD (Baku, Azerbaijan), What is the cause of this?
