Pending Nameserver update and not active on cloudflare.

I can’t get out of pending status and use the domain.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

submitted a ticket but before that, I tried to update the DNS records but apparently don’t know what I am doing

Step 3 in the “Pending Nameserver” instructions is what you need to fix.

[Edit] I take that back. Cloudflare is your registrar. Did you delete this domain, then re-add it since moving your domain registration to Cloudflare?

not that I am aware of but I am sure I could have

You’ll have to open a ticket to get those name servers reset. Use the “Registrar” category for the ticket, and they should be able to get that fixed for you.

Thank you. I have submitted a ticket but get an auto response stating that they hope that this has fixed the issue. I will try with a new ticket and use Registrar for category
