Dashboard is showing 1 domain only, i have 4 domains added in account

What is the issue you’re encountering

I was super admin of the account, but now when i try to go to billing or any other admin option i get this error message. also i was super admin of 4 domains but in dashboard only 1 domain is showing.

We have generated a ticket (#01250377),
Which reply generic

"From what I understood you were demoted to Domain Administrator and can now see 1 domain.

To solve this issue you need to enter in contact with the Super Administrator of the account so they can change your role permissions within the account."

But This account is Super Administrator, and we are now unable to see how is the Super Administrator.

We think its the permission issue on cloudflare side as.

Does it say so on the Teams page? Are you able to share a screenshot? (Of course, you should blank out any email addresses)

I don’t think so, I only see one site in the account you are using here. Can you share the name of another site you expect to see and I can dig deeper

Hi @imranwe I see the team replied on your ticket that you need to add/move the domains to an account where you are the superadmin and control them.
